Devil's Den Hiking Engagement Session | Danna + Alexis | Connecticut Engagement Photographer

Danna and Alexis’s portrait session came together in an unusual way. I got an email from Danna’s twin sister and her partner, who wanted to surprise the two of them with a session. I’d never done anything like it before, but I thought it was such an awesome and sweet gift idea.
We met up at Devil’s Den nature preserve, which is a beautiful hiking spot and a perfect outdoorsy engagement session location in Connecticut. The two of them were so focused on each other, it made photographing them really natural. I loved this session so much, not only because we got to hike but because Danna and Alexis were so trusting and up for anything (including taking a nap in some ferns).
