Francine and Ryan had to change their wedding plans many times due to 2020. They moved to a different Hudson Valley wedding venue than originally planned, the Pines Inn. They also scaled down the guest list. But the thing that didn’t change was what they valued most: “being surrounded by the people we love most in the world.” Even though it wasn’t exactly what they’d imagined, the day ended up being incredibly special, with their closest friends, surprise perfect weather, and a visit from some wildlife. Because these two have such good hearts and creative minds, their wedding was meaningful in ways that couldn’t have been planned.
Fun fact: Ryan proposed to Francine by putting the engagement ring in a giant tuna sandwich delivered by his 4-year-old-cousin (in reference to this.) I felt that they were a great couple before I knew, but once I found this out I was truly enamored.
